Dear Give Children Hope sponsors and friends,

The world may have celebrated New Year differently but we hope you all had a wonderful time. We want to fill this year with hopes of things getting back to normal and families and friends to gather again.  Late last year, our government announced a trial for face-to-face classes in selected areas but it was taken back shortly because of the news of the new coronavirus variant. So we will continue with modular learning for this year. Live online classes have resumed on January 4 but classes on the modular printed mode need to wait until all the learning materials are printed, sorted, and ready for parents to be picked-up and that system will continue on until we are ready to go back to school physically.

We may have experienced a lot of challenges last 2020 but we are so thankful that you were one of those who thought about us and sent help right away. You know how much grateful are the children for all the things you have done for them. This time, let us highlight some parents who also want to express their deepest gratitude to all of you for all the things that you have done.

This is Michelle Valenzuela, the has 4 children studying at Sua Elementary School she brought home a total of 12 kilos of rice from the Give Children Hope rice assistance project and said that it was indeed a great help for her family.

Hello! I am Mrs. Rosalie M Somollo, mother of Nino Somollo, a student of Dolores P. Tirador Elementary School. We are thankful for the help you sent to our school especially during this time of a pandemic.

On behalf of Dolores P. Tirador Elementary School parents, I am extending my heartfelt “Thank you”  for sharing with us your blessings.

The rice that we’ve received means a lot to us.  I am Evelyn D. Jorque, a parent of a pupil here in Dolores P. Tirador Elementary School. I am very thankful for the Give Children Hope, USA….for the goodness you have shared with us here in our school especially to our children as well as parents that you really [helps] our daily needs, the free meals that you have given. Really helps to feed our empty stomach!  Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. We hope for this year to be a good one for all of us.

For the sponsored children,
