Dear Give Children Hope sponsors and friends, 

We hope you are having a wonderful time as you received this letter.

The moth of September welcomed us with a typhoon that caused for classes to be cancelled and there were even a whole week of no classes in some areas. Still, we are thankful that the typhoon has past and the affected areas are starting their recovery. We might expect more typhoon just for this month so we just hope that there will be no severe damage.

On the other hand, Nathan Balanlayos wants to express his gratitude to all of you for your generosity and for bringing the daily meals to their school. He is also thankful for the Blender Bottles sent to his school. This item is indeed very useful for all the students.

Thank you for helping feed the children in Sua, Dolores, and Maravilla Elementary Schools. Because of that, they are able to focus in participating in different school activities and class discussions since they no longer have to worry about going to school hungry.
