Dear Give Children Hope sponsors and friends,

We hope you are having a great time as you receive this letter.

It’s not even the official summer season yet but a lot of areas in our country are experiencing very high temperatures which causes class cancelations. One measure to address this issue and ensure the safety of the students is the shortened class hours. Some schools have started with their adjusted schedules hoping that students can still attend the remaining days of this school year while ensuring that they are home and comfortable during the hours of the day with the highest temperatures.

With the school year set to end on the third year of April, the students are now focus on finishing requirements and exams needed to move up to another grade level for the next school year. We are also very excited for the students who will be graduating from elementary school this April and those who will begin their formal primary school in June, we are excited for them to receive daily meals from Give Children Hope just like what their ate and kuya (older siblings) received during their stay at our sponsored schools

An on behalf of the sponsored students, Matt from Sua Elementary School would like to express his gratitude for the daily meals they receive in their school. Most of them don’t get to have breakfast before leaving home to school for some reasons but they don’t need to worry because they know that there is a hot meal waiting for them. He thanks the sponsors and volunteers who prepare the daily meals for them.

Thank you for all that you do for the children.

For the sponsored children,
